Suggest you re read the guidelines. #1 you are mixing up the 203k and the 203k's streamline. you don't recieve a additionaal 35,000. It's for rehab up to 35,000. you can still do a 203k rehab based on the value after repairs are done. 2 you have between 30 to 60 days to complete the streamline rehab. 3 check your limits 2009 minimum limit in many areas is 271,050. dade,broward,palm beach is 345,000 with high cost areas 729,700
