Individual Retirement Accounts have been around since the early 70’s but it wasn’t till ten or so years ago that I discovered they could be used to invest in real estate. I was convinced that the only vehicles your IRA could invest in was stocks, bonds and mutual funds. My wife and I have been using IRAs for years to invest in real estate; it has been one of the best methods for us to raise capital over the years.
