Social Media, has been around for a short while but it has made a big impression on our society. Many years ago I recall a successful business owner say you should always have a young person on your team. I personally did not see the big deal about all this social media until this last Christmas Holiday when I saw how hooked my niece and nephew were on it. That’s when it hit me, what this business owner meant. To stay on the cutting edge we have to watch what our younger generation is doing, especially how they communicate.
This month’s “RESM Contributor of the Month”, Jennifer Hampton, was introduced to me by a colleague. I was so impressed by her knowledge and expertise in social media that we hired her to handle our social media and I asked her to write for us.
