Elmer Diaz is a noted Author, Publisher, and Lecturer on Creative Real Estate, Small Business, and Personal Finance.
Dubbed the “Ricky Ricardo of Real Estate”, Elmer has being actively investing in real estate for the last 20 plus years in several states. During that time, he has successfully bought, repaired, managed and sold over a thousand units! His investments have ranged from single-family homes to multi-family apartment complexes, and commercial buildings to land development. Like others, Elmer has thrived in the booming Texas housing market; but he also survived the recession that happened in Texas in the late 80’s as a result of the collapse of the oil industry. From these experiences, he has developed strategies and techniques that have been very successful in both up and down real estate markets.
